TV Licence Goon Who Knows He Shouldn't Be There

Obviously this BBC monkey knows he should get a better job.
He seems to be in his glory thinking he can have a little power when the householder agrees to him.
People should just close the door in their faces and not talk.
This goon knows the score but like the rest who want their £20.00 commission still persists.
He could just easily turn around and walk away but he didn't
